The body matters.
The body is the medium through which we live and experience life.
The body remembers even when we don’t.
Every trauma, disconnection or entanglement is expressed in the body. Every bodily trauma may cause disconnection or an entanglement.
Reintegrating with the body:
Through body awareness, movement, body-psychotherapy and other practices we may regain our connection to the body and the freedom it brings.
Embodiment brings us back home, to our body, to owning our actions, reactions and interactions.
The more embodied we are, the more vital, grounded and fully alive we become.
